Scope and information we receive
This notice covers our contact-only marketing website and email correspondence. The app is coming soon. This website has no forms, account creation, waitlist registration, subscriptions or payments.
The “Contact us” button opens your email app, addressed to hello@innevoapp.com. It does not send a message through this website. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name or contact details you provide, your message, attachments and subsequent correspondence.
Contacting us is optional. Please send only information needed for your enquiry and do not send sensitive health information or unnecessary information about other people.
Replit provides static hosting and processes technical connection and request information to deliver the website. This is separate from the contents of your emails.
Why we use information
We use enquiry information to reply, manage follow-up and keep a proportionate correspondence record. We use necessary technical information to deliver and protect the website. Our legitimate interests are responding to people who contact us, managing enquiries and operating a reliable, secure website, taking account of your interests and rights. We do not enrol you in a mailing list because you contact us.
This website does not use enquiry information for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Providers, cookies and analytics
We use Google Workspace Business Starter for email and Replit for static website hosting. Providers use relevant infrastructure and service subprocessors. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary for legal claims, subject to applicable law.
Our website code does not set application cookies, write to local or session storage, or contain advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Images and fonts are served locally.
Replit's hosting platform separately processes traffic information. Its published documentation describes IP/network- and browser-based metrics such as page activity, referrals, approximate country, browser and device. The scope of baseline hosting metrics, cookies and provider-added tracking for our account remains awaiting Replit's confirmation. We therefore do not claim that the hosting service performs no logging or sets no cookies.
Retention and deletion
We retain ordinary enquiries for 12 months after closure. We review the mailbox monthly and manually delete expired enquiries, with documented necessary exceptions. Deletion is not automatic.
Provider-held copies can persist after mailbox deletion. Google's published processing terms describe deletion of covered customer data after deletion instructions become effective, as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to legally required retention.
Replit's published privacy policy describes deletion or maintenance in de-identified form when keeping information identifiable is no longer necessary, unless law requires longer retention. Our enquiry-retention period is not a retention period for every provider log, traffic record or backup. Account-specific provider retention remains under clarification.
International processing and applicable provider terms
Our providers operate internationally. Replit's privacy policy describes services primarily hosted in the United States, with other hosting jurisdictions possible. Google's published processing terms permit processing where Google or its subprocessors maintain facilities. We do not promise Jersey-only or Europe-only processing.
Replit's public Data Processing Agreement describes processing of covered customer personal data under a Commercial Agreement and includes international-transfer provisions, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. We have not yet confirmed which agreement, provider roles and Jersey transfer arrangements apply to this account's visitor data. A public DPA alone does not establish those arrangements.
We have requested clarification from Replit and will update this notice when account-specific information is confirmed.
Provider documents: Replit Privacy Policy, Replit Data Processing Agreement and Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum. Linking these documents is not a claim that every provision applies to our account.
Security, your rights and complaints
Email and website information are handled through the providers' service controls. No internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018, you have rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection where applicable. Portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Rights are subject to the law's conditions and exceptions.
Contact privacy@innevoapp.com or write to our registered address. Other legally accepted ways of making requests remain available. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. We respond within applicable legal deadlines, normally four weeks in relevant cases, with extensions where permitted.
You may complain directly to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner. Where another data-protection law applies, you may also have rights to complain to the relevant authority.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our handling of information changes or the outstanding provider details are confirmed. Future app processing will have its own appropriate privacy information.
